Finished, and oops: ~てしまう and ~ちゃった
~てしまう has two jobs: "do it completely" and "did it by accident (and I'm sorry or annoyed)". In speech it's almost always ~ちゃう or ~ちゃった, and ~じゃう or ~じゃった when the て-form ends in で. Tap to hear any line. The bar at the bottom plays a hands-free drill for walking.
