Making and letting
~させる means both "make" and "let". With ~させて you ask to be allowed ("let me…"), and with ~させられる you complain about being made to do something. You'll hear all three at home, at school and at work. Tap to hear any line. The bar at the bottom plays a hands-free drill for walking.
