Electronics and phone shops
Electronics and phone shops have their own words: stock, warranties, delivery, contracts and plans. This lesson covers comparing two models, asking about stock and delivery, and the questions staff ask when you sign up. Some lines use the can-form from Everyday Japanese 3. Tap to hear any line. The bar at the bottom plays a hands-free drill for walking.

- Comparing. どっち asks which of two. The answer uses : = this one is lighter.
- Book first. Phone shops often want a booking (), and you'll need ID for a new contract.
- Grammar note. ほしい (want) and the can-form are from Everyday Japanese 3. ~てもらえますか (could you…) is from Everyday Japanese 4: use it as a set phrase for now.
